Patients are not generally requested to pre-pay for dental consultations or treatment.
Where a patient cancels an appointment or fails to attend offering less than 24 hours’ notice:
First occurrence: we understand that situations can happen (illness, extreme weather, family emergencies, traffic jams etc) we will NOT request a cancellation fee.
For second and subsequent appointments: we request a Cancellation/Fail to Attend fee. This fee will need to be paid prior to you requesting a further appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $150 short notice cancellation fee at the discretion of management. Cancellation Fees are strictly non-refundable.
